Core Competencies for Key Safety Analyses [ NCHRP 20-07 (Research for AASHTO Standing Committee on Highways) ]
OBJECTIVES
The objectives of this project were to:
a) Compile a research synthesis on education and training opportunities related to key safety analysis
b) Develop a user-friendly tool for states to assess their workforce development needs
c) Provide a useable template for highway agencies to identify effective and efficient training and education opportunities.
