The project is complete.  The project reviewed and recommended an updated Strategic Plan for the AASHTO Highway Subcommittee on Maintenance (SCOM) and a revised organizational structure for the Subcommittee.  These updates were accomplished in a facilitated workshop of SCOM’s Leadership Team held in early July 2015.  The updated plan and organizational structure were presented at the AASHTO Highway Subcommittee on Maintenance in late July 2015 and will be presented to the AASHTO Standing Committee on Highways for endorsement/adoption in September 2015.  (NCHRP Staff: Amir N.
