This topic will review on-going human factor studies and guidelines with regard to highway agency DMS’s and CMS’s now in use on highways. The panel noted that the panel for this topic should include a representative from the outdoor advertising industry.  The final report has been submitted and copies sent to AASHTO and the Chair of the Subcommittee on Traffic Engineering. A copy of the final report is available at the AASHTO website at http://rightofway.transportation.org/Documents/NCHRP%20Reports/20-7(256)%20digital%20outdoor%20advertising_aashto.pdf
