Task 152, FY 2002 "Project Cost Estimating-A Synthesis of Highway Practice" (Arizona State University). The objectives of this research were to prepare a synthesis of State Department of Transportation project cost estimating experience and to present information on effective ways to structure cost estimating methodologies. Research is complete. The final report has been submitted to the AASHTO Highway Subcommittee on Design for subcommittee use and distribution.
