Task 125, FY 2000, "Summary of Research Peer Exchange Findings and Recommendations" (B. T. Harder, Inc.). This project summarized the results of the first round of peer exchanges conducted by state transportation research departments. The Peer Exchange report (as well as a July 1998 report from NCHRP Project 20-38A) identified and analyzed lessons learned and actions taken, and clearly outlined the benefits of peer exchanges as a management tool. The results are also being incorporated into a brochure promoting the value of peer exchange aimed at executives and managers. (NCHRP Staff: C.J. Hedges/R.J. Reilly)
