Task 123, FY 2000, "Production of a U.S. Customary System of Units Version of the Year 2000 Highway Capacity Manual" (Catalina Engineering, Inc., William R. Reilly). These funds were used to augment NCHRP Project 3-55(6) to produce a version of the HCM 2000, using U.S. customary units, that complements the metric version that was Project 3-55(6)'s original scope.
