Task 117, FY 2000, "Benefit/Cost Study of RWIS and Anti-icing Technologies" (S. Edward Boselly, III). The study has provided the operations staff of highway agencies with benefit/cost analyses of applying RWIS/Anti-icing technologies. A final report was received in March 2001.
