Task 108, FY 1999, "Geometric Design Policy for Very Low-Volume Local Roads (<400 ADT)" (Midwest Research Institute, Douglas Harwood). Building on the results of Task 75, completed in May 1999, Task 108 developed recommendations, for design guidelines for very low-volume local roads, suitable for AASHTO publication as a stand-alone document. The Project Advisory Panel-approved design guidelines were submitted, in late June 2000, to the Task Force on Geometric Design of the AASHTO Subcommittee on Design for their consideration. (Staff: L.
