Task 101, FY 1999, "Lead States Web Site" (Byron C. Blaschke, Texas A&M Research Foundation). At its February 1998 meeting, the AASHTO Task Force on SHRP Implementation recommended a proposal to fund development of a SHRP lead states web site through NCHRP Project 20-07. The web site proposal originated as a result of the seven AASHTO Lead States Teams identifying action items to accomplish their respective missions. The web site project was identified as the top priority of the seven teams in their action plans. Control of operation of the web site was transferred to AASHTO at the completion of the project on 31 July 1999. (NCHRP Staff: E.T. Harrigan)
