Task 98, FY 1999, "Shear Design Methodology for Prestressed Concrete" (Canceled). The intent of this study was to alleviate controversy related to acceptance by the prestressed concrete design industry of the method and requirements for shear, as included in the AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specification. Revisions and clarifications to the design specifications have resolved the concerns and eliminated the need for this study. (NCHRP Staff: D.B. Beal)
