Task 93, FY 1998, "AASHTO Subcommittee Process Evaluation" (Applied Research Associates, Inc.). The proposed study examined the process used by the AASHTO Highway Subcommittee on Materials for developing specifications and getting them published. The project provided recommendations for improved and more efficient use of on-line editorial resources including electronic publishing and quality control and assurance.
