The goal of this short-term research project is not to develop new science for the discussion of transportation-related air toxics emissions. Rather, it is to bring respected neutral guidance to outlining the air toxics issues in order to provide technical analysts with the best possible approaches for presenting air toxics impacts and communicating health risks and assessments triggered by air toxics analysis included in air quality discipline reports.
