The objective of this study was to test representative samples of American pavement marking materials with the AETEC Traffic Marking Wear Simulator in Madrid, Spain. The project was terminated due to the inability to resolve marking system supplier concerns about the applicability of the test results to U.S. materials and practice. (NCHRP Staff: E. T. Harrigan)
