Task 141, FY 2001, "Conformity Problems Caused by the Mismatch in SIP/Transportation Plan Timeframe", (Gary Hawthorn & Associates, Inc.). The task is defining and updating the extent and severity of problems in demonstrating conformity that are due to the timeframe mismatch between transportation plans and state implementation air quality plans.
