POST-COURSE ASSESSMENT AND REPORTING TOOL FOR TRAINERS AND TIM RESPONDERS USING THE SHRP 2 INTERDISCIPLINARY TRAFFIC INCIDENT MANAGEMENT CURRICULUM (L32C)

As a result of the L32C TIM project, a post-course assessment and reporting tool was developed. The tool has two components: a) an assessment tool that trainers can use to assess the effectiveness of the training materials in helping students achieve the learning objectives of the curriculum; b) a tool designed to help agencies identify resources that may be used to support successful TIM practices.

In addition to the post-course assessment tools, a final report that documents the development efforts will be made available in the fall of 2014.
The objective of the National TIM Training Course is to ensure that students leave with a common set of core competencies that promote a shared understanding of TIM goals. This project will help make certain that those objectives are being met.

The post-course assessment and reporting tool will apply across multiple target groups within incident response agencies and organizations at all levels, including executives, mid-level program managers, field responders, and trainers conducting the subject

The final report will be available in the fall of 2014.
