The objectives of this research were to (1) develop a mix design and analysis procedure for HMA containing high-RAP contents that provide satisfactory long-term performance and (2) propose changes to existing specifications to account for HMA containing high-RAP contents. High-RAP content is defined as greater than 25% and may exceed 50%.
 
The project final report is available as NCHRP Report 752. The report includes Appendixes B, C, and D;
