Task 189, FY 2005, Advancing Strategic Highway Safety Plans: Safety Leadership Forum II (Betty J. Mercer). This study determined key issues, developed action plans, and planned, arranged, and facilitated a Safety Leadership Forum. The Safety Forum is scheduled for May 8, 2005 at the AASHTO Spring meeting.
