This report identifies commercial aeronautical activities (e.g., full service FBO or avionics repair) that are customary at airports, and rank them according to frequency of occurrence. The report also identifies minimum standards typically applied to these activities, and categorize minimum standards by type of commercial activity and by subject area, e.g., minimum insurance requirements or minimum square footage.

The  report includes  a compendium of comparative minimum standards applicable to commercial aeronautical activities that are customary at airports (occurring with a frequency of 25% or greater).  The compendium  is indexed so as to be searchable both by the type of standard and type of commercial aeronautical activity.
