This report, prepared by C. Daniel Prather, PH.D., A.A.E, of Prather Airport Solutions, Inc., identifies standards and procedures used in compliance with self-fueling. This report synthesizes  federal and local guidelines pertaining to self-fueling  and  defines and clarifies the meaning of aviation terms, such as self-fueling-which generally means using fuel obtained by the aircraft owner from the source of his/her preference.
