Completed---Final report published by Eno Foundation and sent to AASHTO
The ENO Transportation Foundation commissioned presentations of important aspects of global climate change and their potential implications for the nation's transportation system. Presented by a wide range of experts, these briefings were intended to give transportation leaders and decision makers a better understanding of issues, tradeoffs, policy options, and implications for transportation planning and development. The purpose of this task was to prepare a set of readings to build increased professional understanding among the state DOTs and other transportation organizations of the global climate change issues and their implications for transportation decisions. The task supported the series of seminars and publication of the papers for distribution to the AASHTO member departments and other agencies.
