This task summarizes key issues discussed during the three peer exchanges held under NCHRP 8-36(B) Task 69: 1) Public-Private Partnerships, 2) Analysis of Work Assignments and Performance in External Positions Funded by State DOTs” and 3) Disaster Response Issues in Transportation Planning.  The task is complete and the reports have been sent to AASHTO.  Links to the three reports and the presentation are provided below.
