TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Synthesis 386: High-Speed Weigh-in-Motion System Calibration Practices explores the state of the practice in high-speed weigh-in-motion system calibration.  Weigh-in-motion is the process of weighing vehicle tires or axles at normal roadway speeds ranging up to 130 km/h (80 mph).  The final report is available at https://www.trb.org/news/blurb_detail.asp?id=9955
