TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Synthesis 296: Impact of New Information and Communication Technologies on Transportation Agencies examines the impact that information and communication (I/C) technologies are having on transportation agencies and offers data to understand how agencies are dealing with these impacts.
