TRB Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP) Synthesis 30: ADA Paratransit Eligibility Certification Practices describes the complexities involved in creating an accurate eligibility determination process that complies with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements and is regionally and politically feasible to implement.
