Task 165, FY 2003, A Policy Synthesis on the Economic Benefits of NTPEP (TransTech Management, Inc.). The objectives of this research are to investigate the costs and benefits of the National Transportation Product Evaluation Program (NTPEP) from the perspectives of both state DOTs and industry stakeholders and to develop practical suggestions for how to improve deployment of the NTPEP program.This research was complete in June 2004.
