Tasks 154, FY 2002 & 154(2), FY 2003, "Update of the HOV and Park-and-Ride Facilities Design Guides", (Texas A&M Research Foundation, Bill Eisele). The study updated AASHTO's Guide for the Design of HOV facilities and Guide for the Design of Park-and-Ride Facilities to reflect improvements in the practice over the last ten years. Completed Guides were sent to the AASHTO Task Force on Public Transportation Facilities Design September, 2003 for distribution. (NCHRP Staff: B.R. Derr)
