Task 131, FY 2001, "AASHTO Internet Applications Infrastructure", Subtask C,Strategic Vision for AASHTO's Web Site, (SBI, Inc.). The AASHTO Board of Directors has directed AASHTO to develop a world-class transportation web site for the use of AASHTO's committees and the transportation community at large. The objectives of this subtask were to determine how AASHTO's web site can become the preferred web portal for transportation and develop a conceptual design. The intent is to provide a web site that becomes central to the way AASHTO and the transportation community conduct business. The revised report has been delivered to AASHTO and is being used for NCHRP Project 20-56, "New Services for AASHTO's World Wide Web Site." (NCHRP Staff: B.R. Derr)
