Task 110, FY 1999, "Support AASHTO Participation in Forum on Transportation Investments and Economic Growth" (The Eno Foundation, Damien Kulash). The forum was held by the Eno Foundation in February 1999, and brought together government and private sector leaders to examine the implications of new studies that have been done which point to a strong connection between transportation investments and overall economic growth. A report incorporating the resource papers and the results of the forum has been published by the Eno Foundation and distributed by AASHTO. (NCHRP Staff: R.D. McCready)
