The objective of this task was to improve the analytical methods, decision support tools, procedures, and techniques employed by practitioners to address travel impacts of changes in the cost and availability of parking. This was accomplished through the review of methods of addressing location, availability, and cost of parking in various models and applications throughout the country. It resulted in the identification and documentation of the best practices in addressing these parking issues, including procedures designed to address policy options for changing parking cost and supply.
