This study will provide assistance to a SCOH task force in evaluating requirements for minimum maintained pavement marking retroreflectivity and inform AASHTO in regard to future FHWA rule making. The SCOH task force drafted a resolution outlining its concerns, the resolution was approved by AASHTO, and submitted to the FHWA. (NCHRP Staff: C. W. Niessner)
